The Group undertakes mix use development of residential and commercial properties.
Currently developments are located in Narkwa, Mamford, Gomoa Adam, Bewadze and
Dunkwa On–Offin in the Central Region, Aburi and Teacher Manteh in the Eastern Region and
Kotwi and Bosomtwi in the Ashanti Region of Ghana in West Africa.
Transactional advisor to help develop 170 acres land at Ada in the Greater Accra Region.
Teacher Manteh (Eastern Region) - mix-use development (residential, commercial, school complex as well as a sports recreational complex with facilities).
Narkwa (Central Region) – partnered with Akkar Phamhouz to develop Beach Resort and Wellness Center
Mamford (Central Region) – partnered with Akkar Phamhouz for the development of housing units on the shores of the sea and the lagoon
Gomoa Adam (Central Region) – partnered to develop Muhyia Chop Bar
Obiri (Central Region) – invested in a 500 acres land for farming
Dunkwa-On-Offin (Central Region) – constructed a community mining center
Bewadze (Central Region) – partnered to develop 1,233 acres land into a mix use community development.
Bosomtwi(Ashanti Region) – developing architectural designs for a 340 acres land at Lake Bosomtwi
